MaisonSink currently ships to selected locations in Canada and the United States, depending on product availability and supplier coverage.

How long does shipping take?
Processing and delivery times may vary by product. Some items may ship directly from our supplier or partner network.

Will all items ship together?
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if products are fulfilled by different suppliers.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email when tracking is available.

Can I return an item?
Unused and unopened items may be eligible for return based on our Return Policy. Opened personal-care products cannot be returned.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, and we will review the issue.
